In this class, Angie will walk you through four healthy and flavorful Persian-inspired recipes including: Carrot, Herb, and Walnut Salad; Baked Falafel with Sesame Sauce; and a light and fresh Potato and Cucumber Salad. You’ll end the evening with Cardamom and Pistachio Rice Pudding. All recipes are free of dairy, gluten, eggs, corn, and wheat.
