Let’s embark on a 30-Day Paleo reset, to eliminate the modern foods that cause disease as well as the foods people are most often allergic to or intolerant of. Instead we’ll focus on the safe, nourishing foods our ancestors have thrived on for generations. Resources for menus, the food matrix, shopping lists, recipes, and more will be explored. Karen will prepare One Dish Chicken Fajita Bake; Riced Cauliflower and Guacamole; a Simple Paleo Salad; and assorted Paleo treats. Gluten- & dairy-free.
