Once you learn how to master knife skills you’ll be more efficient, comfortable, and safe in the kitchen. Bring your knife and cutting board and you’ll slice, chop, dice, and mince together with Mari’s guidance. You’ll learn the basics for prepping onions, peppers, carrots and celery, then you’ll tackle whatever seasonal produce looks good at the Merc. You’ll even get to take home your chopped veggies and then be ready to create something delicious with the fruits of your work.
