Join Jim and Nancy in the kitchen where they’ll cook up a meal seasoned with fragrant herbs and spices, inspired by the cuisine of India – a meal meant to be shared with friends. Enjoy mildly spicy Red Lentils with Coconut Milk served with Basmati Rice; Curried Cauliflower; homemade Flatbread; Coconut Banana Raita (a cooling yogurt side dish); and Pineapple Saffron Chutney. We’ll end the evening with the simplest possible dessert of Frozen Mango Lemonade.
