In France, crêpes are served at almost every corner of Paris from enchanting shops or Crêperies, where you can find both sweet and savory varieties, delicate, fresh, and still warm from the griddle. Join Claude to celebrate "la Chandeleur" with crêpes, salty and sweet, including Ham and Cheese Crêpes followed by Crêpe Suzette, one of the most famous crêpe dishes of all.  For his finale Claude will demonstrate Crêpe Aumônière, a fruit crepe served hot with salted butter caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. Impressive!
