Great knife skills make all of your cooking easier, quicker, and a lot more enjoyable.  In this class, you’ll explore how to buy the right knife, how to care for your knives including sharpening, storage, and other vital knife info, plus learn proper cutting techniques like chopping, dicing, chiffonade, and more. Of course, this is a cooking class, so you’ll sample some tasty dishes made with all those chopped up veggies and fruits.  This is one class that can be a total game changer in the kitchen! Demonstration only, NOT hands-on.
