An entremet is a multi-layered mousse-based cake – a thing of beauty and deliciousness. Join Claude as he teaches how to make a perfect French Entrement. Not a cake you’ll make often - it will be reserved for a very special birthday or celebration where you will want to take the time and care to create something memorable. You will learn how to make and bake Shortbread, followed by Ganache, and then the famous Chocolate Mousse and Glaze on the top. Truly special.
