Get into the basics of cooking a perfect turkey! Our menu will consist of a duo of turkeys each paired with a side dish. We will cook a Brined Herb Turkey Breast and BBQ Turkey leg to demonstrate optimal cooking methods for both white and dark meat. Accompanying sides will be Classic Herbed Stuffing and not-so-classic Mashed Potatoes with Egg Yolk and Chive Oil. We’ll demonstrate basic stock making techniques with turkey backs and necks, turning that into delicious gravy. A decadent Sweet Potato Pie from our bakery will conclude the evening.
