In addition to Claude being an incredible baker, in this class he’ll also treat us to his cooking skills with a delicious Mediterranean meal. Claude will prepare Baba Ghanouj (which literally means “Spoiled Father”), made with puréed roasted eggplant, garlic, lemon juice and tahini. You’ll also enjoy Ablama (zucchini stuffed with ground lamb and pine nuts in minty yogurt sauce). We’ll finish class with a famous Mediterranean sweet, Knafeh (cheese dessert,  topped with crushed pistachios and soaked in syrup perfumed with orange blossom and rose waters).
