After spending a summer in Bavaria in college, instructor Rachel Ciordas fell in love with the food! She has planned a great evening filled with some of her favorites like: Roasted Sausages with Sauerkraut; Spargel (that’s asparagus) with Speck (a seasoned meat similar to Prosciutto); Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage; real German Potato Salad; and for dessert a delicious Apple Kuchen (that’s a cake!) And most importantly with Rachel – there’s always fun. Prost!
