In this class, Angie will walk you through four delicious healthy and vegan Ethiopian recipes, including: Tomato Ginger Salad; wonderful Peanut Stew; Spiced Carrots, Cabbage, and Potatoes; and Yellow Split Peas with Turmeric Sauce.
