Instructor: Chef Paige Vandegrift

Take a break from the holiday bustle to spend a relaxed evening in the Merc Classroom with Chef Paige, where she will cook up some of the holiday foods she loves. We'll start with tasty Hors D'oeuvres followed by a Wintry Salad; Cream of Wild Rice Soup and Homemade Wreath Bread are next.  To finish this special meal, Paige will dazzle you with Almond and Orange Cake with Chocolate Glaze.  As usual there will be instruction, sampling, and recipes, but also time for a few holiday stories and a little festivity. In the spirit of the evening you are invited to bring a bottle of wine if you’d like. We’ll take care of uncorking (or unscrewing) and we’ll provide wine glasses, holiday music and good cheer.
