A bowl of miso soup a day can help to heal your body, and is full of health-promoting nutrition. Miso is a salty paste made from fermented beans, and we will explore various ways to include this healing food in your meals. We will prepare and sample in class Warming Winter Miso Broth; a Miso Ginger Dressing over Rice; and a Citrus Miso Dressing served over fresh salad greens. Class is gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan.
