Walk into any French bistro and there are certain dishes that define the cuisine. Join Paige for a winter getaway to France and wonderful bistro foods. The evening’s menu will feature a selection of classics including Croque Monsieur – a delectable and perfectly creamy warm ham and cheese sandwich; a beautiful Celery Root Remoulade; perfect Chocolate Mousse, and, like all good bistros, a couple of menu items to be determined by our chef as the day approaches and the ingredients present themselves.
