Celery has a long and prestigious history of use, first as a medicine and later as a food. Come and learn why celery should be a part of your healthiest way of eating. We will prepare and enjoy a Creamy Celery Soup; a seasonal Green Salad featuring celery; and a Crudité Platter with Dipping Sauces that will be perfect accompaniments for your holiday celebrations. This one-hour class is gluten- and dairy-free.
