Shopper Survey

In the month of September your co-op will be conducting an online shopper survey. Over 2,500 shoppers, both owners and non-owners, will be randomly selected to participate. Shoppers who complete the survey will be entered for a chance to win one of three $50 co-op gift cards.

The feedback that we receive from our owners and shoppers provides valuable information to The Merc Co+op’s management team and Board of Directors, helping us to improve store operations and to better serve you. Through feedback, we have made a number of changes, including: lowering prices, improving recipes and deli offerings, bringing in suggested products and more.

·       The survey contains both multiple choice and open-ended questions. We are working with NCG-recommended Survey Research Center (SRC) at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. They will manage the entire survey process and provide a full report with statistical analysis, executive summary and a full write-up of the results. All responses remain anonymous.
