Do you struggle with maintaining hormonal balance and would like to know how to support your body? Angie will lead you through four recipes that include foods that can help your body rebalance: Baked Garlic and Herb Seed Crackers; a creamy Sesame Cauliflower Soup; Curried Salmon Salad Cabbage Wraps; and Salted Nutty Chocolate Maca Bites for dessert. All recipes are free of dairy, wheat, corn, and soy.
