Angie will guide you through different methods in food prep, along with logistical planning tools to help you make changes that will last. You will learn how to make Salad Jars with a Honey Vinaigrette; a Southwestern-Inspired Quinoa & Bean Dish; The Best Baked Chicken Breasts with Maple Mustard Dill Sauce & Roasted Vegetables; along with a Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert. Come out of class with practical food-prepping skills and delicious recipes to get you moving in a healthy direction!
