An Indian meal can be a wonderful feast, put together simply with a delicious combination of grains, legumes, and vegetables. Join us for a quick hour where you’ll learn how to make and will sample Spicy Red Lentil Dal; Basmati Rice; Vegetable Curry; and Coconut Banana Raita (cold yogurt-based side dish), all served up with a piece of Naan (flatbread). We’ll send you on your way with a complimentary bag of red lentils to make your own dal.
