Take a culinary journey in the kitchen to the “Land of the Midnight Sun.” Join Rachel as she prepares a smorgasbord of summer bounty. Begin the celebration with Swedish Deviled Eggs Topped with Succulent Shrimp. Follow that up with a fresh Summer Salad with Peas and Saffron. An irresistible Salmon with Dill Scented Potatoes and Lemon Caper Sauce rounds out the meal. Finish this celebration of summer with Kladkakka (sticky chocolate cake) with fresh berries. All recipes free of wheat.
