Join Sarah from Wild Alive to learn how to make many types of delicious seasonal ferments to serve or gift at your next holiday gathering.

  • Holiday sauerkraut (make and take a jar home)

  • Fermented carrot sticks (make and take a jar home)

  • Fermented cranberry relish poured over goat cheese, served with gluten-free crackers

  • Vinegar infusions

  • Pumpkin kombucha chia pudding

All recipes are vegetarian and free of wheat.

Please note: Due to popular demand, this class starts at 6 p.m. This is earlier than most of our weeknight classes. Be sure to mark your calendar accordingly!
