The colder temperatures and fewer hours of daylight are signals that winter is on the way and it is time to strengthen our bodies to stay well from the inside out. We will explore the many foods to eat to support wellness in winter. Your immune system will feel loved as you enjoy Creamy, Garlicky Chicken Bone Broth Soup; Fermented Garlic Carrots; and Fire Cider. You will also sample wellness teas from the co-op. All recipes are free of wheat and dairy.
