Join Sarah in the co-op kitchen for a fun day of fermenting! First, try your hand at cabbage stamping with paint on paper. Then, it’s on to sauerkraut! Try some sauerkraut on a hot dog, and then make your own batch. Everyone will leave with a jar of what you create in class to finish fermenting at home. Participants may be using tools with a cutting edge. This class is for children ages 5-8 only, no parent supervision necessary.
