Bone broth is all the rage these days, and for good reason! Our ancestors knew the healing powers of a good broth, and after this class, you will too! We'll discuss why broth should make a regular appearance in your diet, which ailments it's especially good at addressing, how to make properly prepared bone broth, how to flavor broth for drinking and how to incorporate broths into other dishes. We will demo how to make three different broth bases: chicken, beef and fish broth. Amy will include tasty samples of her favorite ways to flavor each broth, including a Lemon-Rosemary Chicken Broth, Garlic-Herb Beef Broth and Thai-Flavored Fish Broth (seriously yummy!).
