Thanksgiving is one of the greatest celebrations of food we have all year. In this hands-on cooking class, our Young Chefs will prepare dishes to take home, freeze, and bake off to enjoy on Thanksgiving Day! We will prepare Baked Winter Squash with Apples; Featherlight Whole Wheat Biscuits; and Pumpkin Bread Cupcakes. Before we get started, we’ll enjoy a mini-feast of Thanksgiving favorites to get in the holiday mood. Please bring a 9x9 casserole dish. Participants in this class may be using tools with a cutting edge. This class is for kids only ages 7-11, no parent supervision necessary.
