The gardens are overflowing and the farmers’ market stands are full of great produce. Come learn how to preserve all those beautiful fruits and veggies. We’ll cover all the basics - freezing, water bath, and pressure cookers. Sample Berry Freezer Jam; Sweet & Spicy Relish; and Fresh Marinara Sauce; plus Jan will share lots of recipes and information all about food preservation.
