So often we eat mindlessly. We stuff food into our mouths while working on the computer, watching TV, or on the run. The pleasure of eating lies in slowing down and fully experiencing all of the elements of food. During this class we will take time to explore and experience eating more consciously as a way to support long-term health and vitality.  Karen will prepare three simple dishes for you to savor: Roasted Curry Sweet Potatoes; Spicy Cabbage Salad; and Chocolate Mousse. All recipes are vegan, and free of gluten & dairy.
