Learn the basics of culturing cabbage in this mini hands-on class. Each participant will make their own jar of Sauerkraut to finish fermenting at home. We will learn the proper salt water brine fermenting environment and how to know when your sauerkraut is ready, plus we will explore the many health benefits of eating this ultimate superfood! Please bring a sterilized wide-mouth quart jar and sharp knife to class, the rest will be provided.
