Join Sarah from Wild Alive in the co-op classroom to learn all about delicious classic Korean dishes! You'll start by sampling two kinds of healing broths: a nutrient-rich Bone Broth; and Dashi (a Japanese style broth of seafood and seaweed that is a great source of vitamins and minerals). You'll also try Kimchi Jjigae (a hearty main course stew of rice, veggies, broth, kimchi, pork belly and tofu). Then, roll up your sleeves and make a batch of Kimchi (fermented vegetables full of flavor and good gut bacteria) to take home, where it will finish fermenting to your tastes.  You won't want to miss this! Recipes are free of wheat and dairy.
