Join Rachel on a little trip down the romantic canals of Venice by enjoying the delights of Venetian cuisine. The evening begins with a unique "crostini" of crispy polenta known as a “Cichetti” or little snack in Venice; followed by the comforting classic risotto-type dish Risi e Bisi. The main course of Gamberi al Rozmarino (shrimp with pancetta and rosemary) reminds you how close the sea is. Then it’s on to dessert, not to be missed -  homemade Tiramisu (rumored to have been invented in Venice). All paired with the perfect wines. Mangia Mangia!
