You’ll enjoy Artichoke and White Bean Salad; Potato Gnocchi with Asparagus, Browned Butter & Herbs; Minestra Verdissima (spring green vegetable minestrone); and, Penne with Mushrooms, Spring Onions & Asparagus. If you’ve never seen Paige make gnocchi, that alone is worth coming to see!
