Do you like Chinese take out food, but would like to make your own - suited to your diet, personal taste, and health? In this class, Angie will walk you through four different recipes that will help to satisfy your Chinese food cravings all prepared with fresh, healthy ingredients. You’ll learn how to make Hot and Sour Soup; Classic Fried Rice; Egg Rolls with Tangy Dipping Sauce; and General Tso's Chicken. All recipes are free of gluten and dairy.
