Start the new year by setting your intentions to eat to support long term health. You will get the tools and recipes you need to embark on a 30-day Paleo reset. We will focus on eating nourishing foods our ancestors have thrived on for generations, and eliminating the modern foods that can cause disease, as well as the foods people are most often allergic/intolerant to. Karen will prepare One Pot Simple Beef Stew; Paleo Mango Slaw; and Key Lime Bars. All recipes free of gluten & dairy.
