In this all new class she will be sharing food inspired by her travels. Whether based on her "catch up" travel reading, inspired by a restaurant meal, or just whipped up out of necessity, these dishes are sure to inspire you too. Join us for this fun class and sample Potato, Tomato & Green Bean Salad with Caper Vinaigrette, Dill & Slow Roasted Salmon; Mango, Avocado & Roasted Corn Salad; Roasted Red Pepper & Chickpea Salad with Eggplant & Basil Pesto; Penne with Italian Sausage & Sauteed Summer Vegetables; and St. Augustine Bread (sweet braided breakfast loaf filled with chocolate & almond).
