Over the last few years we’ve enjoyed Chef Paige’s Inspired Cooking by the Book series where she combines her love of seasonal cooking with her favorite cookbook authors. Join Paige once again for delicious recipes to inspire us for the end of the summer harvest. Come learn about the chefs who inspire her, and taste these recipes celebrating the bountiful produce of August: Roasted Summer Squash Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, Olives & Red Wine Vinaigrette; Sweet Corn, Mushroom & Caramelized Onion Strudel; Pasta with Green Beans, Tomatoes & Ricotta Salata; Eggplant & Swiss Chard Gratin; and Nectarine & Raspberry Shortbread.
