Join Chef Paige for a special evening in the Mediterranean. Paige will begin class with a discussion of how to build a simple Mezze platter, including a demonstration of how to make fresh ricotta and a recipe for Moroccan Eggplant and Tomato Salad. Then comes Cumin & Mint Marinated Rack of Lamb accompanied by Mediterranean Potato Salad with Roasted Peppers and Olives. Your evening will be complete with Bing Cherry & Chocolate Chip Semifreddo. Special indeed!
