Let Rachel show you how to bring these skills into your home kitchen, starting with making homemade Choux Pastry. With her easy-going instruction you’ll learn how to create Cream Puffs; Profiteroles (a variation on sweet stuffed pastry); Gougeres (melt-in-your-mouth savory pastries); and a big fancy Paris-Brest Cake (a stunning stuffed ring of sweet deliciousness). Guaranteed to impress but not overwhelm you. All recipes are vegetarian.
