For a savory experience you’ll enjoy Lacy Herb Crêpes with Tarragon Chicken; and Galette Florentine, traditional buckwheat crêpes from Brittany filled with delicious herb-scented spinach filling. Then on to sweets with Crêpes Suzette, orange butter crêpes with cognac. You’ll even learn how to make Homemade Chocolate Nut Spread (your very own real food version of Nutella) served, of course, with Crêpes!
