What better way to celebrate fall than with a cup of tea and five seasonal European-inspired desserts? We hardly need to say more, except to mention that Chef Paige is teaching. On her menu for this delectable class Paige will be baking and you’ll be sampling: Brandied Apple & Currant Crumb Tart; Gateau Engadine (a classic Swiss double crust “tart” filled with caramel and walnuts - Paige’s version also has chocolate); Marbled Chocolate-Sweet Potato Cake; Fall Fruit Compote of Wine-Poached Pears & Dried Fruits; and White Chocolate & Cranberry Bread Pudding.
