Autumn in Paris is a magical time. Join Chef Paige and special guest, Josu Galdos, for delicious recipes of the season, with the perfect wines to accompany them. Enjoy Rillettes de Porc (a rustic pâté of braised pork); a delightful Salad with Baked Goat Cheese, Dried Tart Cherries, & Pistachios; Poulet Vallée d'Auge (a traditional Norman-style chicken in cream sauce with apples and onions), served with an inspired seasonal side dish; and the now-classic Chocolate Molten Cake for the perfect ending to our evening in Paris. All served with wines handpicked by Josu!
