Join Rachel Ciordas as she takes your taste buds to the gorgeous Greek Islands with a menu full of Mediterranean favorites. First you’ll learn the unique Greek method of using flaky filo dough and savory greens to make delectable Spanikopita. Then, a cornerstone of Greek cuisine, you’ll learn how to put together an authentic Greek Salad. A deliciously-spiced Lamb and Potato dish rounds out the meal; with a superb finish of Melomakarona – a delightful honey & walnut sweet that will bring our Greek evening to a delicious close.
