Join your co-op community and Shahida in this fun and accessible mindful movement class that cultivates balance, relaxation and groundedness. Qi Gong translates as "energy skill" and practitioners will learn how to move and release emotional and physical stagnation and replenish the Qi of the body. We'll have a special focus on building immune health and fortifying the lungs. Open and appropriate for beginners and all bodies and abilities. We will be standing for our practice, with the option to use a chair if desired.
