Our deli is a great place to figure out, “What’s for dinner?” In addition to our salad bar, hot soups, made-to-order sandwiches and grab-and-go salads, we offer fresh brewed drip coffee from local Kansas City’s Broadway Roasting Co., a self serve bubbler with house-made iced coffee, tea and seasonal offerings like local cider or lemonade, and house-made bottled drinks.

Our Salad Bar is open seven days a week. Craft the perfect meal by mixing and matching with soup, grab-and-go salads, sandwiches, empanadas, quiche, sushi, and more!

• Salad bar | 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. daily

• Hot breakfast burritos and sandwiches | 7 a.m. – 11 a.m. daily, or while supplies last

• Made-to-order sandwiches | available 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. daily

• Daily soup selection | 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. daily

  • Sunday: Chicken Stew Pot Pie, Sweet Potato and Quinoa Chili

  • Monday: Pasta e Faglioli, Roasted Vegetable

  • Tuesday: Beef Stew, Broccoli Cheddar

  • Wednesday: Chicken and Dumpling, Tomato Bisque

  • Thursday: Hungarian Mushroom, Minestrone

  • Friday: Chicken Tikka Masala, Black Bean Soup

  • Saturday: Loaded Potato, Moroccan Lentil

A variety of fresh, handcrafted, made-in-house sushi and sushi bowls are available every day from Hissho Sushi. On Wednesdays, select sushi is $5.99 all day!
