Our deli is a great place to figure out, “What’s for dinner?” In addition to our salad bar, hot soups, made-to-order sandwiches and grab-and-go salads, our Lawrence store offers fresh brewed drip coffee from local Kansas City’s Broadway Roasting Co., a self serve bubbler with house-made iced coffee, tea and seasonal offerings like local cider or lemonade, and house-made bottled drinks.

Soup + Salad Bar

Our Salad Bar is open seven days a week. Craft the perfect meal by mixing and matching with soup, grab-and-go salads, sandwiches, empanadas, quiche, sushi, and more!

Hot breakfast burritos and sandwiches | 7 a.m. – 11 a.m. every day, or while supplies last
Daily soup selection | 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. daily
